SHIPPING POLICY
Iyana offers free shipping across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. Worldwide shipping is also available, however, additional shipping charges will apply. Deliveries in Pakistan take 3-5 working days once the order is confirmed. Urgent deliveries can be accommodated on special request.
RETURN POLICY
Iyana does not accept returns or exchange of products unless the product is found faulty on receipt. Customers are requested to notify us within 24 hours of delivery for such claims.
PAYMENT METHODS
Iyana offers free Cash on Delivery for all orders within Pakistan. For those customers who prefer to make online payments, we accept online bank transfers directly to our account. Customers are requested to Whatsapp us their order ID numbers after placing the order to avail this option.
For International Shipments, our customer representatives will send you an email/Whatsapp message for shipping quotations based on your location and international payment options.
